Was the death of my brother over 20 years ago — one it made me face death early and come to the conclusion that the best way to honour him, myself and those I love is to try to live with best life I can. Whenever things get hard at work I try to think “what would have helped Rodney”— it helps me maintain my integrity, not get sucked into the bureaucracy and politics of the system which can sometimes creep in.
