Dear Mum,

As you laid dying; I held your hand and sang those gospel songs to you that you always loved. I am so relieved that you passed on St. Patrick’s Day when the world stopped. Little did we know that this would go on for so long. I wouldn’t have been able to bear the thought of you being alone without ma to comfort you. I love you & I know you’re in heaven now & finally at peace
