This would have been our 50^th wedding anniversary. We had 45 years of loving my best friend and soulmate Patrick. Having loved someone so deeply I can understand why the pain is deep as well. Loving Patrick and losing him has given me a new aspect on life. If I can help others to cope and heal their grief I believe that God is smiling. I feel so much satisfaction after listening to their broken hearts. One cannot grieve if they have not loved. That makes me proud of being his wife. I think of Pat every day and feel his energy is with me.
